Glass Bottle banks

I had the pleasure to help introduce the new glass bottle bank collection systems with QLDC Mayor Jim Boult last week. These will be situated around the Queenstown region, current sites are at Gibbston (old residential drop point), Arrowtown ( beside 4 square), Arthurs point (behind campground) and another to be shortly announced at Gorge road. It's very encouraging to have a Mayor and new councillors that continue to be passionate about the environment and that Smart Environmental can be part of such intiiatives. Thank you to the glass packaging forum for their support in helping fund the bottle banks.

In addition to the new Council bottle banks there are more situated at 5 mile shopping centre , or you can drop off at the Wakatipu recycling centre. ( we will be introducing 2-3 more sites in the near future)
